Founders left Audacy

Sam Avery (Co-Founder / Head of Spacecraft Integration) and James Spicer (Chief Engineer & Co-Founder at Audacy, building) left Audacy as they indicated on their Linkedin pages in the period from 07/05/2019 to 14/05/2019.

Audacy provides real-time/always-on space communications services from launchpad to lunar distance, initially using two ground stations (San Francisco and Singapore), a 3 satellite constellation in Medium Earth Orbit, a highly capable 0.5U Ka band customer terminal, and the open source Quindar software platform.

On Mar 30, 2019 the company held a funding round, which raised $2m of investment. Apparently this amount did not meet its expectations.
