Co Leitrim based lender Avantcard is to create 40 jobs at its headquarters in Carrick-on-Shannon and satellite office in Dublin.
These latest jobs come on the back of an additional 58 people joining the company over the last 18 months.
Avantcard currently employs 220 people across its offices in Leitrim and Dublin.
The company said the new jobs will include customer-facing roles, roles supporting its new An Post partnership announced last year as well as a handful of specialist roles to support planned business growth.
Last year the company bought the Tesco Bank Ireland credit card portfolio.
It also agreed a new partnership with An Post, which will see it offering An Post branded personal loans and credits cards through the national post office network in the coming weeks.
Chris Paul, Avantcard's CEO, said the company had "an incredibly busy 2018" as the business continues to expand.
"We were very proud to have been recognised as a "Great Place to Work" and to receive Ibec’s KeepWell mark in 2018, both of which highlight how committed we are to our employees and to ensuring that we have practices in place which allow them to flourish in the workplace," he added.
